Online orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Phone orders can be placed during business hours of 9am-5am PST Monday through Friday. After an order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent immediately via e-mail. Credit cards will be charged at the time of checkout for all items in your shopping cart. We accept the following cards as payments: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You can also check out using Paypal account. Checks are also accepted but, must clear our account prior to delivery of any merchandise. To pay by check, you will need to place your order by email at email@example.com or by phone at 909.353.7737.
Occasionally, an item you order may be on back order, discontinuation, out-of-stock or other circumstances beyond our control. We will promptly notify you to discuss your preferences before processing your order. If you wish to proceed with a back ordered item; please confirm your preference with us immediately upon receiving your order status notification. However, if we do not receive a confirmation that you wish to continue with a back order within 3 days; your back ordered item will be canceled and we will automatically issue you a refund. Back orders cannot be canceled once we receive confirmation. Back ordered goods are not eligible for return.
We would love to accommodate your special requests! We consider a special order to be a request for specific sizes or quantities that must order directly from the manufacturer or artisan. Please contact us and let us know which item you are interested in ordering. We will need time to contact the manufacturer or artisan and find out product availability.
