An order can be canceled within 8 hours of placement. However, once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you entered the wrong address, email us at support@awesomestones.com as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for the return or reroute shipping cost.

Our products are hand-crafted and each piece is unique due to the use of natural materials. As a result, there may be slight variations in dimensions, color, and weight, which contribute to the uniqueness and originality of our products.

We offer a 14-day return policy for all products. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Before returning the item, we will require photos of the item and the packaging to approve the return authorization request. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
