SHIPPING & RETURNS

At Awesomestones, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy for all products. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Before returning the item we will require photos of the item and the packaging to approve the return authorization request. 

 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we receive your exchanged item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your exchanged item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original and return shipping (If a return label was provided) will be deducted from your refund.
